The invention provides a goods taking and placing device, goods carrying equipment and a carrying robot. The goods taking and placing device comprises a straight moving assembly and a taking and placing assembly arranged on the straight moving assembly. The straight moving assembly is driven by the straight moving driving assembly to move front and back and drives the taking and placing assembly to be close to or away from the goods allocation. The taking and placing assembly is rotationally connected with the straight moving assembly, the taking and placing assembly can rotate around the straight moving assembly, and the extending directions of the taking and placing assembly are opposite. The proportion of the moving tracks of the carrying trolley to the set number of goods allocations can be reduced, and the utilization rate of storage space is increased.
