The tilting ducted fan engine is arranged on the rear edge portion of the vehicle body and integrated with the empennage assembly, the empennage assembly is arranged on the rear edge portion of the vehicle body and works in cooperation with the tilting ducted fan engine, and aircraft yawing is corrected through thrust vectors of the two fan engines. According to the multifunctional rotor wing, the aircraft can stably take off and land vertically or hover, when the aircraft flies horizontally, the rotating rotor wing can be converted into a fixed wing, meanwhile, the thrust vector of the tilting ducted fan engine is rotated to the horizontal direction, the whole aircraft is changed into a fixed wing structure, and the cruising performance of the aircraft is improved.
