A manufacturing method of a vertical lifting-and-landing and horizontal-flight airplane is provided; an airplane main body is similar in shape to a flatfish, a longitudinal cross section is similar in shape to flow lines, the upper part of the gravity center of the airplane main body is provided with a vertical upright shaft; a shaft sleeve of the vertical upright shaft is horizontally provided with two airplane wings forming a 180-degree angle, being capable of rotating around the upright shaft and provided with engines; one wing is fixed on the shaft sleeve; the center of the other movable wing is provided with a positioning upright shaft, and the movable wing can horizontally rotate 180 degrees. When the two airplane wings with the engines and on the vertical upright shaft surround the vertical upright shaft and rotate in the same direction under driving of the engines, the two airplane wings both generate the vertical lifting force, at the same time, the engines on the airplane wings also generate high-speed air flow at the back of the airplane main body, and the vertical lifting force is generated at the back of the airplane main body; the two forces can make an airplane vertically lifting. When the wings directly face to an airplane head of the airplane, the airplane starts to horizontally fly along the direction of the airplane head. Provided is the airplane which can lift vertically and fly horizontally.
