The invention provides a vertical-lifting horizontal flying vehicle, and relates to the technical field of flying vehicles. The vertical-lifting horizontal flying vehicle comprises a power system used for providing power, a wing-shaped vehicle body used for improving a lift force, and a four-wheel undercarriage installed on the lower portion of the vehicle body and used for driving on the ground. The wing-shaped vehicle body comprises a vehicle body front edge part and a vehicle body rear edge part, and a tilting ducted fan engine capable of tilting provides power for lifting and cruising is arranged on the vehicle body rear edge part and is integrated with an empennage assembly. The empennage assembly is arranged on the rear edge portion of the vehicle body and works in cooperation with the tilting ducted fan engine, and aircraft yawing is corrected through thrust vectors of the two fan engines. The multi-purpose rotor wings can enable the aircraft to stably take off and land vertically or hover; when the flying vehicle flies horizontally, the rotating rotor wings are converted into fixed wings, meanwhile, the thrust vector of the tilting ducted fan engine is rotated to the horizontal direction, the whole aircraft is changed into a fixed wing structure, and the cruising performance of the aircraft can be improved.
