The invention provides a four-rotor-wing vertical lifting and quick flying electric unmanned aerial vehicle. A storage battery cabin, a control cabin and a freight cabin are arranged in a fuselage; a fuselage notch between a front wheel undercarriage cabin and a rear wheel undercarriage cabin under the fuselage is tightly connected with the middle part of the upper end of an air door type fixed wing; the middle part of the air door type fixed wing is provided with a left electric control air door and a right electric control air door which are synchronously opened and closed in an electric manner; left and right fixed rotary wings of a large blade are arranged in the left electric control air door and the right electric control air door; a steering motor is arranged in a mounting hole in the front lower end of a vertical empennage; left and right steering shafts of the steering motor are provided with left and right steering rotary wings of a small blade respectively; the lower end of the fuselage is provided with a power supply socket and a plug; the power supply socket is connected with the front end of a double-hinge cable; and the tail end of the double-hinge cable is provided with an online taking-off device. The four-rotor-wing vertical lifting and quick flying electric unmanned aerial vehicle has a simple structure and can be launched to the air by using a power supply on the ground; the electric unmanned aerial vehicle can fly with low energy consumption or can glide to the destination without power consumption; and when approaching the terminal point, the electric unmanned aerial vehicle can glide and land and also can vertically descend.
