The climbing robot for the single-column steel tube tower comprises an upper module, a lower module, a telescopic traction unit and wrapping and clamping units, the upper module and the lower module are connected through the telescopic traction unit, and the wrapping and clamping units are arranged on the upper module and the lower module; the wrapping and clamping unit comprises driving assemblies, clamping assemblies, rollers and elastic pieces, the clamping assemblies are connected to the two sides of the upper module and the two sides of the lower module, the output end of the driving assembly in each module is connected with the clamping assembly on the corresponding module, the multiple rollers are arranged at the clamping ends of the clamping assemblies, and each clamping assembly is connected with the corresponding elastic piece connected with the corresponding module. The robot has the advantages that the robot can autonomously climb the single-column steel tube tower, and the high-altitude operation risk of installation personnel is avoided; the clamping assemblies can adapt to obstacles on the single-column steel tube tower to achieve expansion or contraction, so that connection between the robot and the single-column steel tube tower is more stable and safer, and adaptability of the robot is improved.

    本发明公开一种单柱钢管塔用的攀爬机器人,包括上模块、下模块、伸缩牵引单元和包夹单元,上模块与下模块之间通过伸缩牵引单元相连接,上模块和下模块上均设置有包夹单元;包夹单元包括驱动组件、夹持组件、辊轮和弹性件,上模块和下模块的两侧均连接有夹持组件,每个模块内驱动组件的输出端均连接对应模块上的夹持组件,夹持组件的夹持端设置有多个辊轮,每个夹持组件均连接有与模块连接的弹性件。本发明的优点在于,实现了机器人自主攀爬单柱钢管塔,避免了安装人员在高空作业风险;夹持组件能够自适应单柱钢管塔上障碍物来实现扩张或收缩,让机器人与单柱钢管塔间的连接更加稳固和安全,提高机器人的适应性。
