The invention provides a hydraulic integrated brake-by-wire system, and belongs to the field of automobile brake systems, the hydraulic integrated brake-by-wire system comprises a main cylinder, a first piston, a second piston, a first oil can, a second oil can and an energy accumulator, the first piston and the second piston divide an inner cavity of the main cylinder into a first cavity, a second cavity and a third cavity, and the end, away from the main cylinder, of the first piston is connected with a pedal; a first loop and a second loop are connected between the second cavity and the wheel cylinder set, a third loop is connected between the first cavity and the wheel cylinder set, an oil pump is connected to the first loop in series, the energy accumulator is located between the oil pump and the second cavity, the first oil can is communicated with the first cavity through a pipeline, and the second oil can is communicated with the second cavity and the wheel cylinder set through pipelines. And the first oil pot and the second oil pot are mutually independent. The problem that an existing electronic hydraulic braking system is limited in redundancy capacity is solved. The method has the technical effects that reliable voltage buildup with higher power and higher braking response speed are realized, and the braking effect of redundant braking is ensured while braking decoupling is realized.

    本发明提供液压集成式线控制动系统,属于汽车制动系统领域,包括主缸、第一活塞、第二活塞、第一油壶、第二油壶和蓄能器,第一活塞和第二活塞将主缸内腔室分隔为第一腔室、第二腔室和第三腔室,第一活塞远离主缸一端连接踩踏板,第二腔室和轮缸组之间连接第一回路和第二回路,第一腔室与轮缸组之间连接第三回路,第一回路上串联有油泵,蓄能器位于油泵与第二腔室之间,第一油壶通过管路与第一腔室连通,第二油壶通过管路与第二腔室及轮缸组连通,第一油壶与第二油壶之间相互独立。目的在于解决现有电子液压制动系统冗余能力有限的问题。达到的技术效果为:实现更大功率地可靠建压、更快的制动响应速度、制动解耦的同时保证冗余制动的制动效果。
