The invention relates to the technical field of brake-by-wire systems, in particular to a hydraulic brake-by-wire system which has double pressure source control, a first BSM module and a second BSM module can independently provide brake fluid, when one of the first BSM module and the second BSM module loses a hydraulic power source, the other of the first BSM module and the second BSM module still has the hydraulic power source, the pressure of the first BSM module and the pressure of the second BSM module are subjected to split-axis regulation and control, and the brake fluid can be independently supplied. Compared with a traditional hydraulic braking system with four wheels controlled by the same pressure source, when a heavy-duty vehicle enters EBD control, front wheels are independently pressurized without being influenced by pressure relief of the rear wheels while pressure relief of the rear wheels, braking force loss can be reduced, the first BSM and the second BSM communicate and interact through a private CAN during normal work, and when the private CAN breaks down, the braking force loss is reduced. The first BSM transmits a pedal travel signal to the second BSM through the whole vehicle public CAN; when the first BSM breaks down, a pedal travel signal is transmitted to the second BSM through the hard wire PWM, and in addition, the liquid supply amount of brake liquid can meet the requirements for brake time and brake deceleration of a larger-tonnage automobile or truck in the mode that the two WCBSs control two wheels respectively.

    本发明涉及线控制动系统技术领域,具体涉及一种液压线控制动系统,本发明具有双压力源控制,BSM一和BSM二两个模块能够独立提供制动液,其中一个失去液压动力源时,另一个仍然有液压动力源,BSM一和BSM二的压力分轴调控,相较于四轮由同一压力源控制的传统液压制动系统,在重载车辆进入EBD控制时,后轮泄压的同时,前轮独立加压而不受后轮泄压影响,能够减少制动力损失,正常工作时BSM一和BSM二通过私CAN通讯交互,当私CAN故障时,BSM一通过整车公CAN将踏板行程信号传递给BSM二;当BSM一故障时,踏板行程信号则通过硬线PWM传递给BSM二,此外通过两个线控制动系统(WCBS)分别控制两个车轮的方式,使得制动液的供液量能满足更大吨位的汽车或者卡车的制动时间和制动减速度的需求。
