The invention discloses an electronic hydraulic brake-by-wire system and an electronic hydraulic brake-by-wire method thereof. The braking system is highly wire-controlled, the braking system is in anon-failure state, three working modes of conventional braking, active braking and coordinated braking are provided, the braking intention is provided by driver stepping on an electronic braking pedalin a conventional braking mode, is actively generated by an ECU (electronic control unit) according to actual driving requirements of a vehicle in an active braking mode, and is jointly generated bya driver and the ECU in a coordinated braking mode, and the three working modes can be freely switched. In a failure state of a braking system, a failure backup mode is achieved, the failure detectionand backup capacity is achieved, braking fluid with certain pressure is outputted through a hydraulic pump in a braking master cylinder to enable a vehicle to maintain the braking capacity, and driving safety is improved. The braking system is advantaged in that mechanical connection between the braking pedal and the braking master cylinder is eliminated, the response time of a driver is eliminated, safety is improved, and the braking stability is improved.

    本发明公开一种电子液压线控制动系统及其电子液压线控制动方法。本发明将制动系统高度线控化,在制动系统未失效状态,具备常规制动、主动制动、协调制动三种工作模式,制动意图在常规制动模式下由驾驶员踩下电子制动踏板提供,在主动制动模式下由ECU根据车辆实际行驶需求主动生成,在协调制动模式下由驾驶员与ECU共同生成制动意图,三种工作模式之间可自由切换。在制动系统失效状态,具备失效备份模式,有失效检测与备份能力,通过制动主缸内部的液压泵输出一定压力的制动液使车辆维持制动能力,提高行驶安全性。本发明取消了制动踏板与制动主缸之间的机械连接,消除了驾驶员的反应时间,提高了安全性,改善了制动平稳性。
