The invention discloses a hydraulic pressure control method for an integrated drive-by-wire hydraulic brake system, which comprises the following steps of: comparing an actual rotation angle theta of a motor with a corresponding rotation angle theta x0 of the motor when the idle stroke of a pressure buildup cylinder of the motor is eliminated: if theta is less than or equal to theta x0, according to an actual position of a piston of the pressure buildup cylinder of the motor and a target position of the piston of the pressure buildup cylinder of the motor, calculating the rotation angle theta x0 of the motor; determining a target mechanical rotating speed of the motor; if theta is larger than theta * 0, the target mechanical rotating speed of the motor is determined according to the actual brake pressure of the motor pressure buildup cylinder and the target brake pressure of the motor pressure buildup cylinder; according to the actual mechanical rotating speed of the motor and the target mechanical rotating speed of the motor, determining target torque shaft current of the motor; obtaining a first torque shaft voltage and a first excitation shaft voltage according to the actual torque shaft current of the motor, the actual excitation shaft current of the motor, the electrical angular speed of the motor, the target torque shaft current of the motor and the target excitation shaft current of the motor; and carrying out voltage constraint on the motor torque shaft and the motor excitation shaft to obtain a first corrected torque shaft voltage and a first corrected excitation shaft voltage so as to control the permanent magnet synchronous motor to work.

    本发明公开了一种集成式线控液压制动系统液压力控制方法,包括:将电机实际转角θ与消除电机建压缸空行程时所对应的电机转角θx0进行比较:如果θ≤θx0,根据电机建压缸活塞的实际位置与电机建压缸活塞的目标位置,确定电机目标机械转速;如果θ>θx0,根据电机建压缸的实际制动压力与电机建压缸目标制动压力,确定电机目标机械转速;根据电机实际机械转速和电机目标机械转速,确定电机目标转矩轴电流;根据电机实际转矩轴电流、电机实际励磁轴电流、电机的电角速度、电机目标转矩轴电流和电机目标励磁轴电流得到第一转矩轴电压和第一励磁轴电压;对电机转矩轴和电机励磁轴进行电压约束,得到第一修正转矩轴电压和第一修正励磁轴电压,从而控制永磁同步电机工作。
