The invention discloses a method for estimating traffic operation efficiency and time economic loss of a waterlogged road section. The method comprises the following steps: establishing a waterlogged depth and distance relation model; according to the ponding depth of each point on the road section, calculating free flow vehicle speed and average vehicle speed before and after ponding; calculating passing time before and after ponding to obtain delay time generated by ponding of the road section; and according to the average delay time, the traffic flow, the number of passengers and the unit time value of each type of vehicles, estimating the total time economic loss of the ponding road section in unit time. According to the method, numerical calculation of the driving speed, the passing time and the delay time of the ponding road section can be realized, and a technical support is provided for evaluating the influence of ponding on road traffic operation efficiency and economic loss.
本发明公开了一种积水路段交通运行效能及时间经济损失估算方法,该方法包括:建立积水深度与距离关系模型;根据路段上各点的积水深度,计算积水前后的自由流车速与平均车速;计算积水前后的通行时间,得到路段积水产生的延误时间;根据各类型车辆的平均延误时间、交通流量、乘载人数、单位时间价值,估算积水路段单位时间总的时间经济损失总量。本发明可以实现对积水路段的行驶速度、通行时间、延误时间的数值计算,为评估积水对道路交通运行效率及经济损失影响提供了技术支撑。
