The invention discloses a method for identifying a ponding road section. The method comprises the following steps: acquiring original data of a research area; performing preprocessing and feature extraction on the original data; according to the influence of water depth and rainfall intensity on traffic flow and traffic speed, the traffic flow and the traffic speed are calculated as road characteristics to reflect the road waterlogging condition; detecting abnormal data, correcting the waterlogged road label, and generating a waterlogged road data set; selecting and improving a model according to the characteristics of the waterlogged road data set; and applying the waterlogged road data set to model training and prediction. According to the method, on the constructed data set with the ponding road, the ponding road section is identified by using the algorithm based on the recurrent neural network, and the model performance is evaluated based on the recall rate of the ponding data so as to adapt to the actual application scene. In addition, the method does not need to use a large number of hardware equipment such as water level sensors, and hardware cost is greatly reduced.

    本发明公开了一种积水路段的识别方法,包括以下步骤:获取研究区域的原始数据;对原始数据进行预处理和特征提取;根据水深和降雨强度对交通流和交通速度的影响,通过计算交通流和交通速度作为道路特征反映道路积水情况;检测异常数据,修正积水道路标签,生成积水道路数据集;根据积水道路数据集的特点,选择模型并改进;将积水道路数据集用于模型训练和预测。本方法在构建的具有积水道路的数据集上,利用基于循环神经网络的算法识别积水路段,并基于积水数据的召回率评估模型性能,以适应实际应用场景。此外,这种方法无需大量使用水位传感器等硬件设备,大大降低了硬件成本。
