The intelligent charging robot applied to the new energy automobile comprises a base, a mechanical arm, a driving motor, a clamp and a visual sensor, the driving motor is electrically connected with all joints of the mechanical arm, and the clamp and the visual sensor are located at the tail end of the mechanical arm; wherein the driving motor is used for driving each joint of the mechanical arm to rotate to a preset angle; the visual sensor is used for acquiring a position image of an automobile charging port so as to assist in positioning the positions of a charging port cover plate and a charging socket; the clamp comprises at least two branch structures, one end is used for clamping the charging plug, and the other end is used for opening/closing the charging port cover plate. Therefore, one clamp can be flexibly controlled to open/close the charging port cover plate and plug and pull the charging head, the execution steps and the mechanical structure of the robot are greatly simplified, operation is convenient, the automation degree is high, the requirement for fixed-point parking is lowered, a driver does not need to get off the vehicle for operation, safety is high, and user experience is good.
本发明提供了一种应用于新能源汽车的智能充电机器人,包括:底座、机械臂、驱动电机、夹具、视觉传感器,驱动电机与机械臂的各个关节电连接,夹具和视觉传感器位于机械臂的末端;其中:驱动电机用于驱动机械臂的各个关节旋转至预设的角度;视觉传感器用于采集汽车充电口的位置图像,以辅助定位充电口盖板和充电插口的位置;夹具包括至少两个分支结构,一端用于夹持充电插头,另一端用于打开/关闭充电口盖板。从而可以灵活地控制一个夹具实现打开/关闭充电口盖板,以及插拔充电头,极大地简化了机器人的执行步骤和机械结构,操作方便,自动化程度高,降低了对定点停车的要求,也不需要驾驶员下车操作,安全性高,用户体验佳。
