The invention relates to an intelligent charging and discharging system applied to a new energy automobile, which comprises an MPC controller and a converter, and further comprises a VSG controller, the VSG controller is connected with the MPC controller, the VSG controller is connected with the converter, the VSG controller comprises a virtual speed regulation module, a virtual voltage regulation module, a virtual rotor module and a current generation module, and the virtual speed regulation module is connected with the converter. The VSG controller is used for outputting synthesized current data information through a VSG algorithm according to the sampled current and voltage; the virtual speed regulation module is used for regulating the speed of the VSG controller and stabilizing the frequency of the system by regulating the difference of active power along with load change; and the virtual voltage regulation module. The stability of the system is improved through inertia and damping provided by the virtual synchronous generator, popularization and application of the intelligent charging and discharging system are facilitated, and an electric vehicle battery is regarded as a part of peak load shifting of a power grid.
