    本发明公开了一种新能源汽车充电服务机器人,涉及服务机器人技术领域,其技术要点为:包括有底座,所述底座的底部四角位置均设置有一个驱动滚轮组件,所述底座的顶部表面后侧位置安装有两个多轴机械臂机构,所述底座的顶部表面前侧区域设置有控制面板机构。本发明的技术方案中,通过设置行走基座机构以及多轴机械臂机构,配合控制面板机构,在控制面板机构控制多轴机械臂机构抓取充电枪后,行走基座机构依靠底部四角位置的驱动滚轮组件,实现机器人整体直线行走或转向的效果,从而能够在获得语音充电指令后,抓取充电枪移动到汽车旁进行充电服务,帮助用户节约插拔充电枪的步骤。
