The invention belongs to the technical field of vehicle control, and particularly relates to a stiffness regulating valve for a multi-cavity air spring for a passenger car, comprising a communicating air passage, one end of the communicating air passage is used for communicating with the air spring, the side wall of the communicating air passage is provided with an air port, and the joint of the communicating air passage and the air spring is provided with a first sealing part; the rigidity valve shell is fixedly connected to the other end of the communicating air channel, the communicating air channel and the rigidity valve shell are provided with second sealing parts, and the air port is located on the outer side of the rigidity valve shell; the piston is used for controlling the opening degree of the air port, the piston is arranged in the communicating air channel in a sliding mode, and a third sealing part is arranged between the communicating air channel and the piston; the sliding driving part is used for driving the piston to slide in the communicating air channel; the output end of the speed reduction part is in transmission connection with the sliding driving part; the input end of the driving part is in transmission connection with the input end of the speed reduction part. When the air spring is used, the opening degree of the air port is controlled by driving the piston to move in the communicating air channel, and then the rigidity of the air spring is adjusted.

    本发明属于车辆控制技术领域,尤其涉及一种乘用车用多腔空气弹簧用刚度调节阀,包括:连通气道,连通气道一端用于与空气弹簧连通,连通气道侧壁开设有气口,连通气道与空气弹簧连接处设有第一密封部;刚度阀外壳,固接在连通气道的另一端,连通气道与刚度阀外壳设有第二密封部,气口位于刚度阀外壳的外侧;活塞,用于控制气口开度大小,活塞滑动设置在连通气道内,连通气道与活塞之间设有第三密封部;滑动驱动部,用于驱动活塞在连通气道内滑动;减速部,其输出端与滑动驱动部传动连接;驱动部,其输入端与减速部的输入端传动连接。使用时,通过驱动活塞在连通气道内移动以控制气口的开度大小,进而实现空气弹簧刚度的调整。
