The invention relates to the technical field of springs, in particular to a rigidity-adjustable spiral spring and a rigidity adjusting method. The device comprises a spiral spring, and a spiral spring wire of the spiral spring is of a hollow core structure. The conductive fluid is arranged in the hollow core structure of the spiral spring, and the viscosity of the conductive fluid can be changed directly or under the action of a magnetic field after the conductive fluid is electrified; the first electrode is arranged at one end of the spiral spring; the second electrode is arranged at the other end of the spiral spring; and the electric control device is electrically connected with the first electrode, the conductive fluid and the second electrode to form a loop and is used for regulating and controlling the current in the loop. According to the rigidity adjusting method, a spiral spring device is adopted, the spiral spring device is suitable for being installed on a shock absorber of a vehicle suspension, and the control and driving comfort of a driving vehicle under different road conditions is improved by adjusting the rigidity of a spiral spring.

    本发明涉及弹簧技术领域,具体指一种刚度可调的螺旋弹簧及刚度调节方法。其装置包括螺旋弹簧,所述螺旋弹簧的螺旋弹簧丝为空芯结构;导电流体,所述导电流体设于螺旋弹簧的空芯结构内,通电后可直接或在磁场作用下发生粘度变化;第一电极,所述第一电极设于螺旋弹簧的一端;第二电极,所述第二电极设于螺旋弹簧的另一端;电控装置,所述电控装置与第一电极、导电流体和第二电极电性连接形成回路,用于调控所述回路中的电流。所述刚度调节方法采用螺旋弹簧装置,适用于安装在车辆悬架的减振器上,通过调节螺旋弹簧刚度提高不同路况下驾驶车辆的操控及驾乘舒适性。
