The invention relates to a special-shaped rubber spring and a rigidity adjusting method thereof, the rubber spring comprises a core shaft on the innermost layer, an outer sleeve on the outermost layer and a rubber body vulcanized between the core shaft and the outer sleeve, the core shaft, the rubber body and the outer sleeve are all kidney-shaped cylinders with one large end and one small end, the transverse width of the rubber spring is 140-220 mm, and the width of the rubber spring is 20-30 mm. The rigidity of the rubber spring in the vertical direction can be adjusted by adjusting the proportion of all sections of rubber in the vertical direction of the rubber body, and the rigidity of the rubber spring in the vertical direction can also be adjusted by adjusting the included angles between all sections of rubber in the vertical direction of the rubber body. The rubber spring is of a kidney-shaped column structure, the transverse width is greatly reduced, the requirement for a narrow installation space environment in an inner supporting type bogie structure is completely met, meanwhile, the rubber spring can be used for an outer supporting type bogie and other vibration reduction places, the vertical rigidity of the rubber spring is adjustable in a large range, the use range is widened, and the rubber spring can be suitable for various different occasions.

    一种异形橡胶弹簧及其刚度调节方法,橡胶弹簧包括最内层的芯轴、最外层的外套和硫化在芯轴与外套之间的橡胶体,其中芯轴、橡胶体和外套都为一端大一端小的腰形柱体,所述橡胶弹簧的横向宽度为140‑220mm,通过调节橡胶体垂向上各段橡胶的比例大小调节橡胶弹簧在垂向上的刚度大小,通过调节橡胶体垂向上各段橡胶之间的夹角大小也能调节橡胶弹簧在垂向上的刚度大小。本发明的橡胶弹簧采用腰形柱体结构,大幅度减小横向宽度,完全满足内支撑式转向架结构中狭窄的安装空间环境,同时也可用于外支撑式转向架以及其他减振场所,其垂向刚度大范围可调,拓宽了使用范围,能适用各种不同的场合。
