The invention provides an air spring assembly, a rigidity adjusting device, a vehicle suspension system and a vehicle. The air spring assembly comprises a shell, the shell is provided with a cavity, and at least part of the shell is a deformable shell; the shock absorption assembly is arranged in the cavity; and the adjusting assembly is arranged in the cavity, the adjusting assembly is provided with an inner cavity, and the volume of the adjusting assembly in the inner cavity is adjustable. According to the air spring assembly, the volume of the inner cavity of the adjusting assembly is adjusted, the occupied volume of the adjusting assembly in the cavity is changed, then the effective volume of the inner cavity is adjusted, rigidity adjustment of the air spring assembly is achieved, and the air spring assembly can be suitable for different vehicle design heights and loads and can adapt to complex and changeable road conditions, working conditions and use scenes.

    本申请提供一种空气弹簧总成、刚度调节装置、车辆悬架系统及车辆。空气弹簧总成,包括:壳体,所述壳体设有腔室,所述壳体的至少部分为可形变壳体;避震组件,设置于所述腔室内;调节组件,所述调节组件设置于所述腔室内,所述调节组件具有内腔,在所述内腔的体积可调节。通过调节调节组件的内腔的体积,改变调节组件在腔室中所占用的体积,进而调节内腔的有效容积,实现空气弹簧总成的刚度调节,使得空气弹簧总成能够适用于不同的车辆设计高度以及负载,且能够适应复杂多变的路况、工况及使用场景。
