The invention discloses a suspension structure, a rigidity adjusting method thereof and a vehicle, the suspension structure is applied to the vehicle and used for connecting a frame and a power assembly, and the suspension structure comprises a connecting frame, a lining and a suspension main spring; the connecting frame is used for being connected with the frame, the connecting frame is provided with a mounting surface, and the mounting surface is used for being connected with the frame in an abutting mode; the lining comprises a lining inner ring and a lining outer ring arranged outside the lining inner ring in a sleeving mode at intervals, and the lining outer ring is connected to the connecting frame. The suspension main spring is arranged between the lining outer ring and the lining inner ring, the two ends of the suspension main spring are connected to the lining outer ring and the lining inner ring respectively, the suspension main spring and the connecting frame are at least formed in a split mode, and the included angle between the extension direction of the suspension main spring and the installation face is adjustable. According to the technical scheme, the rigidity of the suspension structure is adjusted by optimizing the relation between the internal components of the suspension structure, and the development cost is reduced.

    本发明公开一种悬置结构及其刚度调节方法和车辆,所述悬置结构应用于车辆,并用于连接车架和动力总成,所述悬置结构包括连接架、衬套和悬置主簧;所述连接架用于连接所述车架,所述连接架具有安装面,所述安装面用于与所述车架相抵接;所述衬套包括衬套内圈和间隔套设于所述衬套内圈外的衬套外圈,所述衬套外圈连接于所述连接架;所述悬置主簧设于所述衬套外圈和所述衬套内圈之间,两端分别连接于所述衬套外圈和所述衬套内圈,所述悬置主簧至少与所述连接架分体成型,而使所述悬置主簧的延伸方向与所述安装面之间的夹角可调。本发明技术方案旨在通过优化悬置结构内构件之间的关系,调节悬置结构的刚度,降低开发成本。
