The invention relates to an extended-range electric mine truck energy recovery and reutilization method, which comprises the steps of obtaining recovery energy through a piezoelectric material, obtaining an energy storage equipment state including a non-full-charge state and a full-charge state, determining a power supply strategy according to the energy storage equipment state, the power supply strategy including a battery mode and an equipment mode, the battery mode is used for indicating the recycled energy to be transmitted to a battery, the equipment mode is used for indicating the recycled energy to be transmitted to electric equipment, and the recycled energy generated by the piezoelectric material is processed according to the power supply strategy so that the electric parameters of the recycled energy can meet the transmission requirement of the power supply strategy. By adopting the method, the working environment characteristics of the mine truck can be utilized, the piezoelectric material is utilized to convert mechanical vibration into electric energy, the piezoelectric material is ensured to be in the optimal working state under different working conditions, the energy collection efficiency is improved, and effective use and storage of vibration recovery energy are ensured through an intelligent power supply strategy; and the operation reliability and the cruising ability of the system are improved.
