Wherein the vehicle control unit is respectively connected with the power battery management system, the range extender controller, the driving motor and the gearbox, and the range extender controller is respectively connected with the engine and the generator; according to the invention, the energy consumption condition of the extended-range electric mine truck can be monitored in real time, and the working mode of the range extender and the output power of the driving motor are optimized and managed according to the running state of the vehicle and the electric quantity state of the battery, so that the energy utilization rate is improved; and meanwhile, the working mode of the range extender and the output power of the driving motor are optimized and managed, so that the endurance mileage of the range-extended electric mine truck can be effectively improved, the charging frequency is reduced, and the operation efficiency is improved.

    本发明属于电动车辆能耗管理技术领域,提供了一种增程式电动矿卡能耗优化管理系统及方法,包括整车控制器、动力电池管理系统、增程器控制器、发动机、发电机、驱动电机和变速箱;其中,整车控制器分别与动力电池管理系统、增程器控制器、驱动电机和变速箱连接,增程器控制器分别与发动机和发电机连接;本发明能够实时监测增程式电动矿卡的能耗情况,并根据车辆的行驶状态和电池的电量状态,对增程器的工作模式和驱动电机的输出功率进行优化管理,以提高能源利用率;同时通过优化管理增程器的工作模式和驱动电机的输出功率,能够有效地提高增程式电动矿卡的续航里程,减少充电次数,提高运营效率。
