The invention discloses a control method for cold start of an extended-range mine card, which relates to the technical field of extended-range mine cards and comprises a first start mode, a second start mode and a third start mode. The first starting mode comprises the following steps: starting battery self-heating until the battery temperature reaches a preset exit temperature and/or the residual electric quantity of the battery is reduced to a preset percentage; the second starting mode comprises the steps that the range extender is controlled to be started, the generator is controlled to supply power to the water heating PTC, the battery is heated through waste heat of engine cooling liquid till the temperature of the battery reaches the preset exit temperature, and the range extender is shut down; the third starting mode comprises the steps that the range extender is controlled to be started, the engine is controlled to be subjected to idling warming, the generator is controlled to supply power to the water heating PTC till the battery reaches the preset quit temperature, and/or the engine is subjected to idling warming, and the third starting mode is quitted. Different starting modes are optimized, the energy transmission efficiency of the whole vehicle is improved, and the purposes of saving oil and electricity are achieved.

    本申请公开了一种增程式矿卡冷启动的控制方法,涉及增程式矿卡技术领域,包括第一启动方式、第二启动方式以及第三启动方式;所述第一启动方式包括:开启电池自加热,直至电池温度达到预设退出温度和/或电池剩余电量下降至预设百分比;所述第二启动方式包括:控制增程器启动,控制发电机对水暖PTC供电,并利用发动机冷却液的余温加热电池直至电池温度达到预设退出温度,关闭所述增程器;所述第三启动方式包括:控制增程器启动,控制发动机怠速暖机,控制发电机对水暖PTC供电,直至电池达到预设退出温度,和/或发动机怠速暖机结束,退出所述第三启动方式。优化了不同的启动方式,提高了整车能量的传递效率,达到了节油省电的目的。
