Comprising a vehicle body and a cargo compartment, the cargo compartment is installed on the vehicle body, a saddle used for being connected with a semi-trailer is arranged at the tail of the vehicle body, a new energy battery pack is arranged on the vehicle body, a bottom frame and a rotating frame are arranged between the cargo compartment and the vehicle body, the bottom frame is fixedly installed on the vehicle body, the cargo compartment is fixed to the rotating frame, and a rotating structure is arranged between the rotating frame and the bottom frame. The rotating structure comprises a driving unit, and a detachable limiting unit is arranged on the bottom frame; a wind collection heat dissipation structure is arranged between the battery and the cargo compartment, the wind collection face of the wind collection heat dissipation structure is located on the front side of the cargo compartment, the vertical projection area of the wind collection heat dissipation structure is not larger than the front side face area of the cargo compartment, and a wind outlet of the wind collection heat dissipation structure faces the new energy battery pack. Through the rotation of the cargo compartment, the rear loading and unloading port can normally unload; the battery pack is cooled through air flow generated by driving, and energy conservation and high efficiency are achieved.
