The invention provides a control method for optimizing a container receiving instruction of a storage yard of an automatic container wharf with a horizontal layout, which is applied to the automatic container wharf which comprises a TOS system and a plurality of IGVs and is used for carrying out water-to-water transfer operation. The automatic container wharf is further provided with a gate, a quay crane, a plurality of storage yards, a plurality of storage yard container lifting devices, an interaction area and a quay crane. The control method comprises the following steps that S1, planning tasks of the storage yards are set; s2, setting the workload of the storage yard; s3, setting the number of operation instructions of the storage yard; s4, setting the operation equipment instruction number of the container lifting equipment in the storage yard; s5, setting the operation unit instruction number of the operation unit shell; and S6, controlling the remaining box falling positions to be output according to the priorities, wherein the position with the highest priority is the final position. According to the method, the operation efficiency of the horizontally-arranged automatic container terminal storage yard is improved by optimizing queuing in the IGV storage yard, the horizontal transportation distance of the IGV and the equipment waiting time.
本发明提出优化水平布局自动化集装箱码头堆场收箱指令的控制方法,应用于包括TOS系统和多台IGV的进行水水中转作业的水平布局的自动化集装箱码头,该自动化集装箱码头还设有闸口、岸桥、多个堆场、多台堆场集装箱起吊设备、交互区和岸桥,该控制方法包括以下步骤:S1,对堆场的策划任务进行设置;S2,对堆场的工作量进行设置;S3,对堆场的作业指令数进行设置;S4,对堆场集装箱起吊设备的作业设备指令数进行设置;S5,对作业单元贝的作业单元指令数进行设置;S6,控制剩余的可落箱位置按照优先级输出,优先级最高的为最终位置。本发明通过优化IGV堆场内排队、IGV的水平运输距离以及设备等待时间的方式提高水平布局自动化集装箱码头堆场的作业效率。
