The invention belongs to the technical field of container terminal storage yards, and particularly relates to a full-automatic container terminal storage yard layout scheme, which comprises a storage yard adopting an I-shaped design; a corner type shoreline is formed along the bank of the storage yard and comprises seagoing vessel berths perpendicular to the storage yard and barge berths parallel to the storage yard; each storage yard is provided with two automatic rail-mounted cranes; the RGV track is located in a passing area between the storage yards and is parallel to the storage yards; the outer container truck lane is located along the bank of the storage yard; the inspection and repair lane is located between the storage yard and the outer container truck lane; the automatic quay crane is located on the outer container truck lane, and a rail rear operation area for RGV interactive operation is arranged behind the automatic quay crane; and the full-automatic low-frame crown block is positioned at the end part of the land side of the storage yard and is responsible for the operation interaction of the RGV and the outer container truck. The method can solve the problems of low storage yard utilization rate, low storage yard applicability, unsmooth automatic operation flow and high manual intervention frequency of the existing automatic container terminal layout scheme, and has a better market application prospect.

    本发明属于集装箱码头堆场技术领域,具体涉及一种全自动化集装箱码头堆场布局方案,包括:堆场,采用“I”型设计;堆场沿岸形成拐角型岸线,包括与堆场垂直的海轮泊位以及与堆场平行的驳船泊位;单个堆场配置2台自动化轨道吊;RGV轨道,位于堆场之间的通行区域并与堆场平行;外集卡车道,位于堆场沿岸;巡检抢修车道,位于堆场与外集卡车道之间;自动化岸桥,位于外集卡车道上,其后方设有供RGV交互作业的轨后作业区域;全自动低架天车,位于堆场陆侧端部,负责RGV与外集卡的作业交互。本发明可以解决现有的自动化集装箱码头布局方案堆场利用率低,堆场适用性低,自动化作业流程不够流畅,人工介入频率高的问题,具有较好的市场应用前景。
