The invention provides a traffic layout structure and a traffic organization method of a container terminal storage yard, and relates to the technical field of container terminal operation, the traffic layout structure comprises a storage yard area, a plurality of sub-storage yards are distributed in the storage yard area in a matrix shape, and the length extension direction of each sub-storage yard is parallel to a coastline; a plurality of IGV transverse lane areas and a plurality of manned container truck transverse lane areas are arranged in the storage yard area, the IGV transverse lane areas and the manned container truck transverse lane areas extend in the length extending direction of the sub storage yards, and the IGV transverse lane areas and the manned container truck transverse lane areas are arranged in the storage yard area in a staggered mode and arranged on the two sides of the sub storage yards in the length direction respectively. The independent transverse lane areas are arranged for the IGVs and the manned container trucks respectively, staggered arrangement is achieved, the traffic interference and vehicle mixed flow conditions between the IGVs and the manned container trucks are effectively avoided, and the transportation efficiency of the storage yard of the container terminal is improved.

    本发明提供了一种集装箱码头堆场的交通布局结构及交通组织方法,涉及集装箱码头作业技术领域,包括堆场区域,堆场区域内呈矩阵状分布有若干个子堆场,各子堆场的长度延伸方向均与海岸线相平行,堆场区域内设有若干IGV横向车道区和若干有人集卡横向车道区,IGV横向车道区和有人集卡横向车道区均沿子堆场的长度延伸方向延伸,IGV横向车道区和有人集卡横向车道区在堆场区域内交错布置,并分别布置在子堆场沿长度方向的两侧。通过为IGV和有人集卡分别设置独立的横向车道区,并实现交错布置,有效避免了两者之间的交通干扰和车辆混流情况,提升了集装箱码头堆场的运输效率。
