The invention discloses an automatic container wharf storage yard and an operation system thereof, the storage yard is arranged in a structure perpendicular to a wharf shoreline and is provided with a yard crane, and the yard crane is of an elevated double-layer travelling crane structure composed of a first-layer stand column, a first-layer travelling crane rail, a first-layer landside travelling crane, a first-layer seaside travelling crane, a second-layer stand column, a second-layer travelling crane rail and a second-layer travelling crane. When the operation efficiency of the first-layer sea-side travelling crane cannot follow the ship loading and unloading efficiency of the quay crane, the second-layer travelling crane is dispatched to support the ship loading and unloading operation of the sea side, and when the operation efficiency of the first-layer land-side travelling crane cannot follow the operation efficiency of the receiving and dispatching box, the second-layer travelling crane is dispatched to support the receiving and dispatching box operation of the land side; therefore, efficient operation of the wharf can be effectively guaranteed, and the land occupancy of the container is not affected.
本发明公开了一种自动化集装箱码头堆场及其作业系统,堆场以垂直于码头岸线的结构布设且配置有场吊,场吊由一层立柱、一层行车轨道、一层陆侧行车、一层海侧行车、二层立柱、二层行车轨道和二层行车组成高架双层行车结构,当一层海侧行车的作业效率无法跟上岸桥的装卸船效率时,调度二层行车对海侧的装卸船作业进行支援,当一层陆侧行车的作业效率无法跟上收发箱作业效率时,调度二层行车对陆侧的收发箱作业进行支援,从而能够有效保证码头的高效运行,且不影响集装箱土地占有率。
