The invention relates to the technical field of robots, and discloses a chassis for a mobile robot and the mobile robot, the chassis comprises a chassis body, a bearing flat plate and two damping mechanisms, and the two damping mechanisms are arranged on the two sides of the top surface of the chassis body at intervals in the length direction of the chassis body; and the damping mechanism comprises at least two damping springs, the at least two damping springs are arranged on the top face of the chassis body at intervals in the width direction of the chassis body, and all the damping springs are used for jointly supporting the bearing flat plate so as to conduct damping on a bearing object on the bearing flat plate. The invention aims to solve the technical problem that a wafer is easily damaged in the wafer carrying process due to the poor damping effect of a mobile robot.

    本发明涉及机器人技术领域,公开了一种用于移动机器人的底盘及移动机器人,包括底盘本体、承载平板和两个减震机构,两个所述减震机构沿所述底盘本体的长度方向间隔设置在所述底盘本体的顶面两侧;所述减震机构包括至少两个减震弹簧,至少两个所述减震弹簧沿所述底盘本体的宽度方向间隔设置在所述底盘本体的顶面,所有所述减震弹簧用于共同支撑所述承载平板,以对所述承载平板上的承载物体进行减震。本发明旨在解决移动机器人减震效果不佳,导致在搬运晶圆过程中容易导致晶圆受损的技术问题。
