The invention relates to a mobile robot and an obstacle crossing method.The mobile robot comprises a support, a wheel leg device and a lifting device, the wheel leg device comprises a plurality of leg assemblies, and the leg assemblies are rotationally connected with the support and ascend or descend relative to the support; and the lifting device is telescopically arranged on the bracket and is used for assisting any leg assembly in lifting or descending. According to the mobile robot, due to the fact that the mobile robot is provided with the telescopic auxiliary support of the lifting device, the leg assembly can cross various obstacles with different steep degrees, and the mobile robot can stably walk on various uneven road surfaces. The obstacle crossing method is applied to the mobile robot, and the robot can stably pass through a complex road surface.

    本发明涉及一种移动机器人及越障方法,所述移动机器人包括支架、轮腿装置及升降装置,轮腿装置包括多个腿组件,多个所述腿组件均与所述支架转动连接,并相对所述支架抬升或下降;所述升降装置可伸缩地设于支架,用于辅助任一所述腿组件抬升或下降。上述移动机器人如此设置,由于具有升降装置的伸缩辅助支撑,腿组件能够越过各种陡峭程度不同的障碍物,使移动机器人能够平稳地行走于各种凹凸不平的路面。越障方法应用于上述移动机器人,能够使机器人平稳通行复杂路面。
