The invention provides a control method and a control system of a lifting platform, and belongs to the technical field of ocean platforms. The control method comprises the steps that the displacement of a first lifting oil cylinder in the multiple lifting oil cylinders is obtained; according to the displacement of the first lifting oil cylinder, the displacement difference of the first lifting oil cylinder is calculated, the displacement difference is the difference between the displacement of a main oil cylinder and the displacement of the first lifting oil cylinder, and the main oil cylinder is one of the multiple lifting oil cylinders; and according to the displacement difference, the telescopic speed of the first lifting oil cylinder is controlled. Displacement errors between the lifting oil cylinders can be reduced, and real-time synchronization of the lifting oil cylinders is guaranteed.
