The invention discloses a deep-sea pressure-resistant cabin and a health monitoring method of the deep-sea pressure-resistant cabin. According to the preparation method of the carbon nanotube film for health monitoring and the film matrix arrangement method provided by the invention, the health condition of the structure is monitored by monitoring the resistance change rate and the temperature change rate of the matrix film. The micro-nano-scale film structure can enhance the infiltration of epoxy resin and improve the interlayer toughness of the composite material, and the film does not need to be insulated by using an insulating material. Key materials, technologies and equipment supports can be provided for smooth implementation of the pressure-resistant cabin for the high-pressure gas storage deep sea.

    本发明公开了一种深海耐压舱及深海耐压舱的健康监测方法。本发明提供的用于健康监测的碳纳米管薄膜制备方法和薄膜矩阵布置方法,通过监测矩阵薄膜的电阻变化率和温度变化率,监测结构的健康状况。微纳米尺度的薄膜结构可以增强环氧树脂的浸润,提高复合材料的层间韧性,薄膜不需要使用绝缘材料进行绝缘。该发明可为高压储气深海用的耐压舱的顺利实施提供关键材料、技术和装备支撑。
