The invention discloses a deep sea pressure-resistant electronic cabin with a negative pressure fastening structure. The deep sea pressure-resistant electronic cabin comprises an upper glass hemisphere, a lower glass hemisphere, a metal pressure-resistant flange, a threaded check ring, sealing plugs, J-shaped sealing rings and a watertight connector. The upper glass hemisphere and the lower glasshemisphere are buckled on the metal pressure-resistant flange to form a closed space; sealing ring grooves are formed in the contact faces of the metal pressure-resistant flange and the upper and lower glass hemispheres, and J-shaped sealing rings are placed in the sealing ring grooves to achieve sealing of a closed space. The upper end and the lower end of the metal pressure-resistant flange arein threaded connection with the threaded check ring and used for limiting the J-shaped sealing rings. Vent holes are formed in the metal pressure-resistant flange in the circumferential direction andsealed through sealing plugs. Threaded holes are further formed in the metal pressure-resistant flange in the circumferential direction, and the watertight connectors are installed on the metal pressure-resistant flange through the threaded holes. The overall weight can be reduced while the compression strength is guaranteed, the sealing performance is good, and the structural stability is high.
本发明公开一种负压紧固结构的深海耐压电子舱,其包括上下两个玻璃半球、金属耐压法兰、螺纹挡圈、密封堵头、J型密封圈、水密接头;上下两个玻璃半球扣合在金属耐压法兰上,三者组成密闭空间;金属耐压法兰与上下两个玻璃半球接触面的内部开设有密封圈槽,J型密封圈放置在密封圈槽中,实现密闭空间的密封;金属耐压法兰的上下两端均与螺纹挡圈螺纹连接,用于对J型密封圈进行限位;金属耐压法兰的周向上开设有通气孔,并通过密封堵头进行密封;金属耐压法兰的周向上还开设有螺纹孔,水密接头通过螺纹孔安装在金属耐压法兰上。本发明在保证耐压强度的同时又能降低整体重量,密封性好,结构稳定性强。
