The invention discloses a manufacturing method of a pressure-resistant cabin for deep sea, the pressure-resistant cabin for deep sea comprises a pressure-resistant cabin cylinder and a pressure-resistant cabin sealing cover, a cylindrical inner cavity is arranged in the pressure-resistant cabin cylinder, one end of the pressure-resistant cabin cylinder is statically sealed, and the other end of the pressure-resistant cabin cylinder is dynamically sealed through the pressure-resistant cabin sealing cover; the method specifically comprises the following steps that S1, the contact position of a pressure-resistant cabin cylinder and a pressure-resistant cabin sealing cover is sealed through a transverse O-shaped sealing ring, and the pressure-resistant cabin sealing cover extends into the outer side of a cylindrical inner cavity and is sealed through a radial O-shaped sealing ring; four nuts are embedded in the end face of the contact position of the pressure-resistant cabin column body and the pressure-resistant cabin sealing cover and are connected with bolts on the pressure-resistant cabin sealing cover in a fastened mode. S2, the outer wall of the pressure-resistant cabin column is coated with a polyurea protective coating; and S3, carrying out a pressing test until the product is qualified. The pressure-resistant bin can be further kept light, more devices can be carried, the cost of the deep diving device is reduced, and the cost performance is improved; and the pace of ocean scientific research, exploration and economic development is accelerated.

    本发明公开了一种深海用耐压舱的制作方法,深海用耐压舱包括耐压舱柱体和耐压舱封盖,耐压舱柱体内部设有圆柱内腔,耐压舱柱体的一端头静密封,另一端头通过耐压舱封盖进行动密封;具体包括如下步骤:S1:耐压舱柱体与耐压舱封盖的接触处使用横向O型密封圈进行密封,耐压舱封盖伸入至圆柱内腔处的外侧通过径向O型密封圈进行密封,耐压舱柱体与耐压舱封盖接触处的端面预埋四个螺母与耐压舱封盖上的螺栓紧固连接;S2:在耐压舱柱体外壁涂上聚脲防护涂层;S3:经打压测试合格即可。本发明使得耐压仓能进一步保持轻量化,搭载更多装置,使得深潜装置成本有所降低和性价比得到提升;也加快了海洋科研、探测和经济开发的步伐。
