The heat dissipation piece is arranged in the cavity in the length direction of the electronic cabin assembly, and the shape of the side, away from the circuit board, of the heat dissipation piece is matched with the shape of the side wall of the cavity, so that the heat conduction area between the heat dissipation piece and the electronic cabin assembly is increased. The problem that the radiating area of the circular radiating fins is limited is effectively solved, meanwhile, the lengths of the electronic cabin and the radiating fins can be increased, the radiating performance of the underwater pressure-resistant electronic cabin is improved, and the radiating problem of the high-power underwater pressure-resistant electronic cabin is solved.

    本发明提供一种水下耐压电子舱及水下设备,涉及水下设备技术领域,包括电子舱组件和散热件,散热件沿电子舱组件的长度方向设置于空腔内,散热件的一侧设置有电路板,散热件背离电路板的一侧与空腔的侧壁贴合,散热件背离电路板一侧的形状与空腔侧壁的形状相适配,以增大散热件与电子舱组件之间的热传导面积。通过将散热件沿电子舱组件的长度方向设置于空腔内,并使散热件背离电路板一侧的形状与空腔侧壁的形状相适配,以增大散热件与电子舱组件之间的热传导面积。有效解决了圆形散热片散热面积受限的问题,同时可增加电子舱及散热片的长度,提高了水下耐压电子舱的散热性能,解决大功率水下耐压电子舱的散热问题。
