The invention belongs to the field of tower crane devices, particularly relates to an unmanned intelligent tower crane device based on BIM (Building Information Modeling) and RFID (Radio Frequency Identification Device) technologies, and aims to solve the problems that the bottom of a material is in a suspended state and the material is easy to slip off from a hook due to certain weight or over-smooth side surface when the two sides of the material are grabbed by an existing clamping jaw for hoisting. Comprising a base, two clamping plates arranged at the bottom of the base, a bottom groove formed in the surface of the bottom of the base, a first threaded rod rotationally connected to an inner cavity of the bottom groove, first threaded sleeves in threaded connection to the two sides of the peripheral face of the first threaded rod, and an anti-sliding mechanism used for improving the stability of clamped materials. Through the supporting effect of the supporting base on materials, the bottoms of the materials are not in a suspended state any more, so that the situation that the materials slide down due to the fact that the materials are too heavy or the side faces are too smooth is avoided, and the use safety of the device is improved.

    本发明属于塔吊装置领域,具体的说是基于BIM和RFID技术的无人化智能塔吊装置,针对了现有夹爪抓住物料的两侧进行吊运,物料的底部呈悬空状态,容易出现具备一定重量或者侧面过于光滑导致而从挂钩上滑落下来的情况发生,包括基座、设置于基座底部的两个夹板、开设于基座底部表面的底槽、转动连接于底槽内腔的第一螺纹杆、螺纹连接于第一螺纹杆外周面两侧的第一螺纹套以及用于提高夹持物料稳定性的防滑落机构;本发明通过支撑座对物料的支撑作用能够使得物料的底部不再处于悬空状态下,从而避免由于物料过重或者侧面过于光滑导致出现物料滑落的情况发生,从而提高了该装置的使用安全性。
