The invention provides a tower crane unmanned driving system, and belongs to the technical field of tower cranes. The tower crane unmanned driving system aims at solving the problems that an existingtower crane needs to be manually driven, so that the working risk is high. The tower crane unmanned driving system comprises a wireless controller, an integrated driver, an industrial control mainboard and an environment collector. The wireless controller and the industrial control mainboard are in wireless communication connection. The integrated driver and the environment collector are electrically connected with the industrial control mainboard. Unmanned driving control over the tower crane is achieved, in the working process of the tower crane, the working environment state can be intelligently monitored, obstacles are automatically avoided, tower group collisions are avoided, and therefore the working safety is higher.

    本发明提供了一种塔吊无人驾驶系统,属于塔吊技术领域,旨在解决现有的塔吊需要人工驾驶,作业危险性较大的问题;包括无线控制器、一体化驱动器、工控主板和环境采集器;所述无线控制器与所述工控主板无线通讯连接;所述一体化驱动器和所述环境采集器分别与所述工控主板电性连接;实现了塔吊的无人化驾驶控制,在塔吊作业过程中,能够智能监控作业环境状态,自动躲避障碍物、防止塔群碰撞,使作业安全性更高。
