Therefore, the problem that the high-concurrency scene of the takeover task cannot be processed due to the lack of a safe takeover redundancy scheme in the related technology is solved, takeover control is performed on the vehicle based on the operation cognitive information of the vehicle, the distribution vehicle end, the cloud end and other takeover modes in the takeover decision process, and the takeover task processing efficiency, comprehensiveness and safety are improved.
