The invention relates to a driver driving state detection method and device, computer equipment, a computer readable storage medium and a computer program product. The method comprises the steps that an initial image, collected by a driver camera, of the face of a driver is obtained in real time; the initial image is input into an image enhancement model, a target image is output, the size of the target image is within a preset size range, and each image quality parameter of the target image is within a corresponding parameter range; the target image is input into a target fatigue detection model, the driving state of the driver is output, and the fatigue detection model is used for detecting various facial features of the driver; and when the driving state is a fatigue state, sending out alarm information. According to the method provided by the invention, the accuracy of detecting the driving state of the driver can be improved.
