The method comprises the steps that the driving duration of a driver in an ignition period is obtained; under the condition that the driving duration is not larger than the duration threshold value, the number of passengers is obtained, and an accelerator pedal opening change curve, a brake pedal opening change curve, voice interaction frequency and a steering wheel torque change curve in the ignition period are obtained; according to the number of passengers, the accelerator pedal opening change curve, the brake pedal opening change curve, the voice interaction frequency and the steering wheel torque change curve, the fatigue degree of the driver is judged, and a fatigue driving detection result is obtained. By adopting the method, comprehensive judgment can be carried out by utilizing the existing vehicle sensor and information, the fatigue driving degree of the user can be more accurately judged, the detection precision is ensured, the method is not limited by use scenes, and a driver is more effectively reminded of fatigue driving on the basis of not increasing the cost of an additional vehicle sensor.
