The method comprises the steps that a dynamic model of a vehicle is obtained, the target distance between the vehicle and an obstacle is obtained in real time, and the dynamic model represents the relation between the motion state of the vehicle at the next moment and the motion state variable of the vehicle at the current moment; based on the kinetic model, obtaining control obstacle constraints for the target distance; and under the condition that the target distance is not less than the preset distance and the target distance meets the control obstacle constraint, planning a driving route of the vehicle. According to the method provided by the invention, the vehicle can efficiently and accurately avoid the obstacle.
