The invention discloses a buoyancy adjusting device and an underwater vehicle, and relates to the technical field of underwater navigation equipment. Comprising an inner-layer diaphragm capsule set and an outer-layer diaphragm capsule set which are coaxially arranged and can stretch out and draw back in the axial direction, the inner-layer diaphragm capsule set, the outer-layer diaphragm capsule set and flanges on the two sides form independent cavities, any one of the two cavities is arranged to be an isolation cavity, and the other cavity is arranged to be a hydraulic cavity; the hydraulic cavity is communicated with two oil ways which are not used at the same time; one oil way is connected with an oil storage tank, and a hydraulic pump is arranged on the oil way; the other oil way is connected with a compensation oil tank; according to the buoyancy adjusting device, hydraulic driving is matched with stretching and retracting of the diaphragm capsule set, the double-adjusting mode of active buoyancy adjusting and passive buoyancy adjusting is achieved, energy consumption is reduced, and accurate control over the buoyancy can be achieved; according to the underwater vehicle using the buoyancy adjusting device, the gravity center of the underwater vehicle can be adjusted without additionally arranging a balancing weight, so that the structure of the underwater vehicle is greatly simplified, and the development of miniaturization, light weight and energy conservation of equipment is facilitated.

    本发明公开了一种浮力调节装置及水下潜航器,涉及水下航行设备技术领域;包括同轴设置的可沿轴向伸缩的内、外层膜盒组,内、外层膜盒组与两侧法兰构成相互独立的空腔,两个空腔的任一个设置为隔离腔,另一个设置为液压腔;液压腔连通设置有不同时使用的两条油路;一条油路连接有储油箱,且该油路上设有液压泵;另一油路连接有补偿油箱;本发明中的浮力调节装置,采用液压驱动与膜盒组的伸缩配合,实现了主动浮力调节和被动浮力调节的双调节模式,不仅降低能源的消耗,还能实现对浮力大小的精准控制;使用该浮力调节装置的水下潜航器,不需要另行配置配重块,即可调节其重心,大大简化了潜航器的结构,有利于设备的小型化、轻量化、节能性发展。
