The buoyancy adjusting device is arranged in a channel hole of the underwater vehicle and comprises a lead screw, the lead screw comprises a first sub-rod and a second sub-rod which are integrally formed, the outer surface of the first sub-rod is provided with a thread, the outer surface of the second sub-rod is provided with a thread, and the first sub-rod and the second sub-rod are integrally formed; the thread of the first sub-rod and the thread of the second sub-rod are opposite in spiral direction; the driving part is used for driving the lead screw; the first sub-rod is in threaded connection with a first nut block, and the second sub-rod is in threaded connection with a second nut block; first connecting rods are hinged to the top and the bottom of the first nut block correspondingly, third connecting rods are hinged to the ends of the first connecting rods, second connecting rods are hinged to the top and the bottom of the second nut block correspondingly, fourth connecting rods are hinged to the ends of the second connecting rods, and the ends of the third connecting rods are hinged to the piston plate on the side where the third connecting rods are located. A sliding block is arranged at the end of the fourth connecting rod and movably connected with the sliding groove of the piston plate. The buoyancy adjusting simplicity is improved, and the device is easy to maintain.
