The invention relates to the technical field of buoyancy regulation of autonomous underwater vehicles, and discloses a buoyancy regulation cabin for an underwater vehicle, which comprises a first shell, a watertight socket, an instrument cover, a liquid level sensor and a second shell, openings of the first shell and the second shell are opposite, and the first shell and the second shell are connected to form a closed water tank. An instrument cover is arranged on the surface of the first shell, a liquid level sensor is arranged on the surface of the first shell and located in the instrument cover, and the end of the liquid level sensor extends into the water tank for water volume detection; a watertight socket electrically connected with the liquid level sensor is arranged on the surface of the instrument cover; the second shell is provided with a water injection and drainage pipeline connector and an air inflation pressure measuring connector, and the water injection and drainage pipeline connector is connected with a water suction pipeline arranged in the water cabin and connected with an external sea water pump. A water outlet corresponding to the end of the liquid level sensor in position is formed in the surface of the second shell. The buoyancy adjusting device is simple in structure, reliable in function, easy to implement and capable of achieving quick buoyancy adjustment.
