The invention provides a charging and discharging control method, an energy storage device and an electric vehicle. The energy storage device comprises a system battery, a plurality of battery cells and a charging and discharging management circuit. The charging and discharging management circuit is used for acquiring a voltage difference value between the battery cell with the maximum voltage and the battery cell with the minimum voltage in the plurality of battery cells and a voltage value of the system battery; if the voltage value of the system battery is smaller than or equal to the preset voltage value, controlling the battery cell with the maximum voltage to charge the system battery; and if the voltage value of the system battery is greater than the preset voltage value, controlling the system battery to charge the battery cell with the minimum voltage. Whether the multiple cells need to be subjected to voltage balance or not is determined according to the voltage difference value between the cell with the maximum voltage and the cell with the minimum voltage in the multiple cells, energy conversion is conducted through the system battery according to the voltage value of the system battery, and the charging and discharging efficiency is improved while voltage balance of the multiple cells is achieved.
本申请提供一种充放电控制方法、储能装置及电动车,储能装置包括系统电池、多个电芯和充放电管理电路。充放电管理电路用于获取多个电芯中电压最大的电芯和电压最小的电芯之间的电压差值和系统电池的电压值;若系统电池的电压值小于或等于预设电压值,控制电压最大的电芯向系统电池充电;若系统电池的电压值大于预设电压值,控制系统电池向电压最小的电芯充电。本申请根据多个电芯中电压最大的电芯和电压最小的电芯之间的电压差值确定多个电芯是否需要进行电压平衡,根据系统电池的电压值利用系统电池进行能量转换,实现多个电芯的电压平衡的同时提升了充放电效率。
