The invention relates to a charging and discharging integrated device and an electric vehicle charging and discharging control method.The device comprises a first vehicle end connecting piece, a socket module and a second vehicle end connecting piece, the first vehicle end connecting piece is provided with a charging and discharging gun used for being connected with a first vehicle, a wiring harness of the charging and discharging gun is connected with a controller, and the controller is provided with a conversion connector; the conversion connector is used for being connected with a charging plug, the socket module or the second vehicle end connecting piece; the conversion connector comprises a plug part and a socket part which are in plugging connection. According to the charging and discharging control method for the electric vehicle, the control box changes the resistance value between the CC resistance signal line and the ground line of the charging and discharging gun by detecting the input voltage, detecting the identity recognition device and controlling other modules, so that switching between a charging mode and a discharging mode is achieved. According to the invention, one gun head wire harness of a discharge product is reduced, the storage space is saved, the expansibility of the product is enhanced, and the use function of the product is improved.
