The invention relates to a forklift movable quick-change type suspension arm device, a forklift and a method, the forklift movable quick-change type suspension arm device comprises a suspension arm mechanism and a quick-change mechanism which are movably connected, and the suspension arm mechanism comprises two symmetrically arranged suspension arm bodies and a fixing pipe; the suspension arm body is of a tubular structure integrally formed by a vertical arm and a horizontal arm, the end of the horizontal arm is slidably connected with a movable pipe, and a hook is fixedly arranged in the center of the movable pipe. And an upper hook assembly connected with a forklift is fixedly arranged on the outer side of the vertical arm. The quick change mechanism is used for supporting the suspension arm mechanism and comprises a bottom frame and a side frame which are connected together to form an L-shaped structure, the vertical arm is erected on the bottom frame, and a port of the horizontal arm is movably connected with the side frame. The hook can move in the front-back direction, and the laterally-moving distance adjusting fork can drive the suspension arm mechanism to move in the left-right direction; when the forklift gantry is lifted up and down, the lifting arm mechanism is driven to move up and down, so that the position of a lifting ladle is adjusted in multiple directions to lift the lifting ladle, and finally the lifting ladle is carried through the driving of the forklift.

    本发明一种叉车移动快换式吊臂装置、叉车及方法,包括活动连接的吊臂机构和快换机构,所述吊臂机构包括两个对称设置的吊臂本体,及固定管;吊臂本体是由垂直臂和水平臂一体成形的管状结构,其中水平臂的端部滑动连接有活动管,活动管的中心处固设有挂钩;垂直臂的外侧固设有与叉车连接的上挂钩总成。所述快换机构用于支撑吊臂机构,所述快换机构包括连接在一起呈L形结构的底框和侧架,垂直臂架设在底框上,水平臂的端口与侧架活动连接。本申请中挂钩具备前后方向移动,侧移调距叉可带动吊臂机构进行左右方向移动;当叉车门架上下起升,带动吊臂机构上下方向移动,从而实现对吊包的多方位调整位置进行吊取,最后通过叉车行驶而实现搬运。
