PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a suspension device for a forklift which prevents floating of front wheels of a vehicle body during a sharp turn, and which can lower a position of a driver's seat.SOLUTION: A suspension device 10 includes a link mechanism 40, and a cylinder device 50 which can be in a lock state and in a cushioning state. The link mechanism includes: an upper link 41 in which one end part 41a and the other end part 41b are mounted on a drive unit and a vehicle body frame respectively; a caster link 42 in which one end part 42a is located below the upper link, and the other end part 42b is mounted on the caster unit; and an under link 43 for supporting the caster link in a vertically swingable manner. The cylinder device 50 is arranged between the other end part 41b of the upper link 41 and the one end part 42a of the caster link 42, and also, mounted on the one end part 42a side of the caster link 42 on a further front side or a rear side than a center line 42k extending in a left and right direction X at the center in the front and back direction Y of the caster link 42.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
