The invention discloses a forklift quick-change battery device which comprises a battery arranged in a battery bin, and roller sets are symmetrically and detachably mounted at the two ends of the bottom end face of a battery shell in the moving direction. The roller group comprises a moving part and a supporting part, the supporting part comprises a connecting cylinder with an opening in the top end, a universal wheel is fixedly arranged at the bottom end of the connecting cylinder, and a permanent magnet is fixedly arranged at the bottom of an inner cavity of the connecting cylinder; the moving part comprises a supporting plate, a conductive device and a supporting seat; the supporting seat is movably embedded in the connecting cylinder; an electromagnet is embedded in the bottom of the supporting seat and is electrically connected with the conductive device; when the electromagnet is electrified and generates repulsive force with the permanent magnet, the moving part is driven to move upwards along the connecting cylinder to jack up the battery to be separated from the battery bin. The roller group generates repulsive force with the permanent magnet after being electrified through the electromagnet, the moving part is driven to move upwards to jack up the battery to be separated from the limitation of the battery bin, quick replacement is realized, and the roller group can be repeatedly used.

    本发明公开了一种叉车快换电池装置,包括设在电池仓内部的电池,电池外壳的底端面在移动方向的两端对称可拆卸式安装有滚轮组;滚轮组包括移动部和支撑部,支撑部包括顶端开口的连接筒,所述连接筒的底端固设有万向轮,连接筒的内腔底部固设有永磁铁;所述移动部包括支承板、导电装置、支承座;所述支承座活动内嵌在连接筒内;所述支承座的底部内嵌有电磁铁,所述电磁铁与导电装置电连接;当电磁铁通电后与永磁铁产生排斥力,驱使移动部沿着连接筒向上移动而顶起电池脱离电池仓。本发明中滚轮组通过电磁铁通电后与永磁铁产生排斥力,驱使移动部向上移动而顶起电池脱离电池仓的限制,实现快捷更换且滚轮组可重复使用。
