The derusting efficiency under different derusting pressure thresholds is obtained according to the regional rust image change characteristics, meanwhile, the robot derusting track is planned, the robot motion steering in the derusting operation process is controlled, and the problem that the derusting efficiency and the derusting quality are reduced is solved.
